Im sorry but i was excited to renew my commitment and i was looking for encouragemen and others doing the same thing. Lets put this into perspective for you. I had gastric by pass 6 years ago and last year was rewarded for keeping All of the weight off with a free panectomey. I have gained back 40 pounds. I know what im doing and how to do it and you dont know what i am referring to as a "pouch reset", just as i dont know what you have for a definition for those two words. Therefore, um flad it worked for you but to each their own journey. And my response was to the other woman but i just joined this thing.
