Hi, I understand how you feel over the last 6 months I struggled. It depends your diet that you're on. Are you on 20 carbs a day? You might can have lean meat and vegetables for lunch and dinner but breakfast have your protein shake for snack sugar free jello. Sometimes you can go out with your coworkers. If you get a burger don't eat no bread. That's what I was supposed to be on lol I got off track sometimes practice make perfect. I made it through you can too.
