Hello all! This is my 1st post here. I had vsg 5/31, stayed in the hospital a few days due to not tolerating any PO intake and intense nausea. I'm home on day 6 post op, and I am struggling to get all the liquids in. I was told to transition to full liquids but it has not been going well. The nausea is so intense with protein shakes I just haven't been able to stomach them. I have been living on popcicles, broth, water, clear protein, and some yogurt. I have also been having horrible diarrhea the past two days. Is this normal?! I am so wiped out, I just wish I was getting enough in so I could be on the mend!
Any advice is very appreciated!!
