What is ketosis and is it a good thing?

Ketosis is when you eat high fat low carb. This means you are burning fat that your body has held onto. Not to be confused with ACID KETODOSIS. Which is what a diabetic can have when their Blood Sugars are really high. There is a lot of explanations on KETOSIS on line. There is one that will explain it and has a free method to figure out what you need to suessfully reach Ketosis. There are support groups also. If you are intrested in getting a plan that is geared to what you need let me know I have a freind that has a site. She takes your measurements and where you carry the fat and makes a personal plan for you. It does come with a price tho. The RULE ME group has recipes etc. Just look it up on the internet. She has had WLS so it is a plan for WLS peeps too.
