    That's awesome my surgery is also scheduled for 6/28. Pre-op diet start tomorrow... time to let the nerves kick in!!

    Sweet! Mine seems a little different than most as well! Breakfast and lunch is protein shakes. Two protein snacks can be bars, yogurt, whatever, and dinner is 6oz meat with non start veggie!
