  1. any pointers OR diet options to drop weight? my surgeons office wont submit to my insurance unless I drop the 15 pounds I've gained since April and I am really getting agg and overwhelmed nothing is working for me! HELP!!!

      I would definitely try keto or low carb high fat (same line as steak and eggs) as it will keep you satisfied, create less carvings and keep you full at a time when your body doesn't have any other tools to keep you satisfied. (Tools like WLS) It will be tasty food, and you don't feel like you are missing out on anything.

      Definitely low carb diet and small serving sizes. I did this for a month before my surgery and lost 25 lbs. It also took my cravings away and.made me ready for post o.o. Good Luck!
