I use new whey protein shots and put them in my 48 oz of water I make sure I drink at work during the day....42 grams protein -

I had band removed and sleeved ona Thursday morning home that afternoon; went to the grocery store on Saturday and back to work on Monday......I was a little tired but didn't have any issues getting fluids and protein down! I am 2 weeks post op today! -

I buy on amazon....it is a little cheaper, they have a website and they are at Walmart. Don't taste bad at all....I mix with water so just a slight taste to the water. You can drink alone but I think really sweet -

So day after surgery and feeling pretty good....no real pain just the gas blout.....ice pack over let side helps with the discomfort. Been waking around the house every 30 min! Hope things stay this way!!!

New whey makes a liquid protein shot with 42 gr protein with no sugar or fat...I mix with water and they are a great way to get protein!
