    Met with surgeon today!

    This forum has been such a help as I begin my journey. I met with the surgeon today and have to lose 68 pounds before surgery the surgeon mentioned his goal is to operate by the end of the summer. I'm nervous to begin the journey but more nervous to develop health problems down the road. Any tips for significant presurgery weight loss?
