Hey everyone, Quick question, I had my vsg 7/3/17 I lost 10lbs the first week and half, but have not lost anything since that. Is it normal to stall so soon? I've been at a stall for about 3 weeks now.

I am so happy! I have gas and it has moved to my shoulder and side area, so that's been kinda painful, any tips to help with that?

Had my last appointment today required by the insurance...feeling nervous and excited. Now the waiting for insurance approval...I have Highmark, are insurances pretty quick to respond?
