congrats..and don't worry yourself sick i am scheduled for may 5th so we will be close in dates..for some reason i have no fear ..none! i want this weight off and will do anything to do it. I just want the surgery to be over with so i can get started. I sure going away from home might be difficult but it will all be worth it in the end. -

you are soo cute wow what a diffrence im also a hairstylist at 5'8 235 lbs and i get bannded in may 08 im soo eccited i need to lose 90lbs and seeing you makes me want it more!

oh okay..well i don't have the limitations in my packet..but i also have not had my consult with the nutritionist yet ..so i may find out that info then..well good luck to you. -

Im pre-op with Dr.K and i'm thinking the meat and salad is ok i didnt see alot of limits on the paperwork just no carbs no suger nothing fried..but i would cut back alittle since liquids r soon to come so you won't feel hungry and drink alot of water..all veggies r ok and make a vinagerette and olive oil dressing and you can have dairy from what i read..just nothing processed..i think this is much easier then whats to come... -
hi i saw your profile and i don't know how tall you are but we almost weigh the same im 235 and 5'8 and getting banded on may5th..i owuld like to know how its going for you ..
