  1. Bypass last 30 April 2018. HW 379 SW 320 CW 228
  2. Went on a 5 day cruise and then stayed in New Orleans for 3 days after. The food was incredible but the very small portions that I ate made it wonderful. Food was everywhere but I stayed strong. After eight days I came back and had lost 7 lbs. last year this time I was 368 lbs, today I’m 239 and my surgery was May 28th.
  3. I have an interesting question for Gastric Bypass followers, I'm I in trouble with my family passing around this stomach virus?

    Stalling Already

I used Pedia Lax and it worked well. I've stalked but I'm not sweating it because I'm doing the right things plus I'm lifting weights. Be patient and stay the course. My surgery was 6 weeks ago and I'm still trying to figure out what to eat for breakfast so I just drink protein shakes.

What does RNY stand for? I had the Bypass and was wondering if it's the same thing?

    New day

So I had my surgery on 5/24/17 and today was the 1st day walking without the heavy pain. I went to Walmart and bought new underwear and Tee shirts lol since I don't have to order anymore. I also bought a pair of shorts that don't fit as motivation for the end of the summer lol. Looking forward to getting back to walking for exercising. Exactly 3 weeks post op, still a ways to go but promising today.
