I know I have a long way to go before I'll need this since I'm only 1 week post-op (I'm an early planner). I'm pretty sure I'll have loose skin after though. I hope to get down to 130 from a 240 starting weight. Since I had surgery at OCC, I thought the Ariel Center might be a good option for helping with loose skin. Has anyone gone here and had success? What was the cost for what you had done? Thanks

I just had my sleeve done 2 days ago. As much as I love plain water all day, I need something else as well. Anyone have a suggestion of what tastes good? Also, are little sips of carbonated drinks every once in awhile bad? I have self-control, so I don't see myself drinking the whole can.

I'm 22, 5'4, will be around 227 when I have the surgery, and BMI of 39. Anyone with similar stats? how much did you lose in the first few months?
