Calories, protein, and water are the main things that I'm currently tracking. My calories typically average between 700-900 on a daily basis which is where my surgeon wants me to be. Basically at this point he's just said to stay under 1,000 so that's what I'm doing. Protein, I keep that around 80 or so grams daily. Water, I'm currently getting around 70 ounces daily. I'm sure I need to work on increasing that. AND...I definitely need to get more strict with exercise. Walking and the occasional Zumba session are it so far but I know I'm not doing that nearly enough.
