Hello fellow bandsters! I Honestly Couldn't Be Happier With my decision to get the lap band!
Just wondering what you all eat daily. What do you find that fills you up the best and longest. How many calories do you consume on a regular basis?
How many pounds have you lost monthly? Just wanting to see where I stand. I realize everyone is different. Just want to compare.
Also what exercise are you doing? How often do you do It?
