Hey there! I just started my 6 months today. I'm on a 1000 calorie meal plan and it has very limited variety. I plan on sticking with it and getting in my excercise also. I figure I've had 35 years to gain the weight 6 months of being good before I get banded wil be ok Let's enjoy the ride together!:huh2:
