    Hi. My house is paid off. I did a loan against my house for $6500.00 I will be having my surgery Monday May 29th in Mexico. Surgery in Oklahoma is $23,000 I have been reading about OCC in Tijuana Mexico and Dr. Ariel Ortiz is the best.
