I had gastric sleeve surgery June 14, 2017. I'm 2 weeks post op today and I've only lost 3lbs. I've followed my diet I'm not exercising yet but I do walk. I'm probably consuming 500-600 calories a day. I'm getting the 64oz of water and anywhere between 60-90 gm protein. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this?

My weight finally started going down. Right after the first 2 weeks post op I starting losing. The first 2 weeks I only lost about 2 or 3lbs. HW:250 SW:236 CW:217 -

I haven't been weighing myself at home. I went in for my post-op with the surgeon. I'm gonna stay of the scale until I go to the doctor 1 month from now. Hopefully I'll have a good loss then.
