    please give me some advice as i dont really want to unfill as this is the first time i have felt restriction,had my fourth fill on monday,i have the new 12 ml lapband i now have 9 ml and for the first time i have felt restriction,the only problem is i cant seem to keep three sips of fluid down, how often should i be sipping one sip every hour???:cursing:
