  1. I'll have to look up customer loans, I've never heard of them. I just got my credit score up to a 615 a couple months ago it was a 545 ☹ lol. So we shall see. It seems it's so much easier to get credit cards than loans. I've tried applying for a loan through prosper, but it was for $8000 when I planned on getting the surgery in US. So fingers crossed higher credit and lower amount work in my favor. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. Hello! So insurance is a no go for me, and I just recently decided that I would have my surgery in Mexico with Dr. Zavalza if everything goes accordingly (haven't booked yet). First I was trying get a loan, and I wondered what peoples experience was with United medical. I don't have the best credit score, it's fair, I also rent do not own a house. Did anyone use a credit card instead to pay for their surgery? Which one is better loan or CC? Thanks in advance! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. So I have not had a surgery yet, but deal with hormonal imbalance on a daily because I have PCOS. I use a young living oil called progessence plus and it has done wonders for me. I use it on my reflexology points. I also agree with Yoga and meditating are super helpful. I hope this helps! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Self pay/loan

Hello, I've been looking at getting a loan for the sleeve. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience with bad credit/revolving credit. My credit is about 600 right now, but I am expecting it to go up as a credit card my name is associated with is finally being paid off this month (it's carried a balance for over a year). I made about $28,000.00 last year. So basically I say all of this to ask if anyone had similar stories of low credit/low income and were able to get approved for the loan? I'm also considering applying for a smaller loan, and using a credit card for the rest?. The surgery cost $11000.00, Should I apply with a credit union or prosper? Sorry for so many questions, I just want the best! Thank you in advance! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
