I went to register at the hospital Friday and all that did was make me extremely nervous and excited at the same time. All I know is I'm ready to lose this weight. I give myself a week to recover and I'm starting my walking.#nogames

I'm just starting on my pre op liquid diet and I know I'm supposed to have at least 65grams of protein but I don't know which one to get. I know it can't have any sugar or whey protein in it. This is what a handout my surgeon gave me. I'm lost , any suggestions?

To be honest! I'm starving!!! lol I thought once I had the surgery I wouldn't be so hungry. But besides that everything is going well. I'm off the pain meds every now and then I take Tylenol. I'm walking daily and going up and down my stairs. Not trying to push myself to hard.

Hey!!!! How did it go? How are you feeling? In need of details lol my date is May 22 and I can't keep my composure. All sorts of questions are running through my head.

I have never heard of celebration hospital? Who's your surgeon? I'm going through MiVip. I'm in central Florida as well. My date is May 22. I'm so nervous but excited.

My surgery is May 22nd I'm so excited and nervous at the same time. I've been waiting months for this surgery. My original date was march 17 but my thyroid levels were not stable enough to clear me. Now I just pray that when I enter the hospital and they do labs everything is good.

I started my pre op diet today, it's not that bad except for everyone eating around me lol
