Just found this site, thought i was all alone getting this done. Got banded in Cairns on october 31 2005,and have lost 23kg's in 2 months.I started at 172kg's and tipped the scales at 149kg,2 days before xmas.[i was stoked] Good to see some aussies here, nice to know i can talk with people close to home aswell as overseas.I think that will do for a start. Was told not to eat breast meat of chicken, and i havent, but skinless thigh and leg meat i've had no trouble with.Had pepper steak tonite, just take your time and you will be fine. I also have scrambled eggs regularly no problems, and i do like fish [lucky to live near the great barrier reef, can catch all the fish i need].Have no trouble with white bread, some do, toasted is better.. -
Been using a CPAP machine for just over a year now, can't speak for anyone else but mine has turned my life around. When i first started using it,i slept in a few times and was late for work. Now regularly have 8 hours a night and don't go to sleep at work anymore[not good when you are a truck driver]. Mine has been great for me.
