I’ve regained ALL the weight back 😢♀️

I’m just going to have to find the time to start meal prepping again. Write out my weekly meals and cook them all up, that’s what I did before I had a baby because I had the time. My health needs to be a priority too and Hooefully doing a pouch reset will work. Thanks Jenn for all your advice. -

Which is why I’m asking if a pouch reset will shrink my stomach or am I too far gone? I’m fat for reason and I understand why because of my poor choices in food. In the past with my weight loss journey I eventually did end up changing my eating habits due to the restriction but unfortunately when I became pregnant and was very sick until 32 weeks carbs were the only thing that would help settle my stomach, now I can’t seem to break that habit again. At least with a restriction in place it means the less crap I can eat. -

I need your experience people because my weight is spiraling out of control and I’ve loss all hope. 2014 I had the sleeve and was tipping the scales at 136kg 2015 I got down to 97kg and I FINALLY fell pregnant. 2016 I had my son and my weight got up to 118kg and then back down to 106kg through breastfeeding. Unfortunately my milk dried up and since then I’ve continued to eat like a pregnant or breastfeeding mum! 2017 My weight had crept back up to 133kg. I can eat a fair bit, double cheeseburger, medium fries and some of a coke. I no longer feel that restriction I once had from the surgery. My stomach never rumbles so I’m hoping I haven’t stretched it, I eat because of head hunger. Will a pouch reset shrink my stomach? And can you please recommend anything else? I’ve even tried hypnotherapy with no success. Thanking you all. -

Apologies for the double posts. Thanks for the reply and the congratulations. I hadn't finished my weightloss journey when I fell pregnant but we were so desperate for a baby that I was willing to do anything so waiting was not an option. I have no support around me and honestly the thought of going on a liquid only diet for 2 weeks to potentially shrink my sleeve makes me want to cry! I love my food but hate being fat *sigh* -

First time poster, long time lurker A bit about myself, I was sleeved in 2014 at 136kg and manged to get down to 96kg before finally falling pregnant [yay!]. Now I am 1 year postpartum and my weight is rapidly spiraling out of control again The head hunger and being home all day with bubs is my biggest problem, I graze ALL day on sugary quick grab foods. Having a little one I find myself tired and am seriously lacking motivation with jumping on the weight loss band wagon as my son is my first priority. I've always had a larger sleeve than most and was able to eat half a sandwich, now after being pregnant I can eat a whole sandwich no worries. Being pregnant was my downfall when it came to the weight gain as I was hypoglycemic and had to eat every hour, plus bubs was draining me of everything which is why I was constantly hungry and I simply cannot break that habit now. I don't believe I have stretched my stomach but I like to hear from other sleevers that have a similar story to myself and that can reassure me that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
