I am now about 5 weeks out now but I am concerned with my calorie intake. Is this something I should be concerned with? I am eating small meals, well pretty small, "Tinkerbell" portions. I eat about every 2 hours, but I don't feel like it's enough calories? I do watch my carb and fat intake and wasn't sure if I should be concerned with my calorie intake. So far today it's about 350 calories.

Calorie Intake Concerns

Next week will I be allowed to start toning with weights, once I hit my 6 week mark. I have only been on solid foods for about 2 weeks now. The eating part is my toughest challenge. Everything I eat gets hung up, only thing I can figure is I am still eating too fast. It's a challenge but I will get through it. -

I actually feel fine. I take my vitamins and B-12 everyday. I think on an average I am getting about 550 cals a day. I started using Genpro this morning, so we will see how I do by the end of the day today. -
Calorie Intake Concerns

Yes. More concerned with the Protein intake. There is no way my stomach could hold 800 cals right now. I'm lucky I can get down 1/4 cup of anything. I've lost 38lbs total since surgery. Just trying to make sure I get my protein in. -

Thank you, the water is not a problem, getting the protein is for sure. But appreciate the response! -
Thanks. And I just realized how old it was...geez!

Frustration is not even the word. I am 1 month out and it's like I always feel hungry. I am not like those who have to remind themselves to eat. That is not my problem, it always feels like my stomach is always growling. How is that even possible?
