That's soo cute thank you.. that lifted my mood right now.. the doctor said I'll go down too 142 so that's the goal tight now and when i get there i'll see if i like it or if i should strive for 135. How have you been doing? What's your total weight loss right now?... and you know what's funny my mom said the same thing.."where's your green veggies "[emoji30] i forgot about those lol when i do get around to eating i've been making sure it was protein but i have to add veggies as well. Thanks for the reminder
  2. I only eat ground turkey, olives, tomatoes, oranges, lemon water with honey, eggs, still no sugar and no milk. If i ever do milk it'll be only almond milk.

  4. Today monday the 12th of june marks 28 days... i just count it by days.. on the 15th it'll be a 31 days. Question... do any of you girls do any form of exercise besides walking? And if walking is what you girls do how often do you walk?
  5. Hi girls! So i read our responses and what a coincidence I actually started to puree a little tuna with ricotta to make it smooth and it tastes soo good.. i only do yogurt like once a day and i only do half a yogurt. Another things I started to mar was guacamole, i'm not going to have it everyday but it's so good. I only go avocado, cilantro, onions, lime and salt. All pureed of course. In one day I dropped a pound and half. I lose weight everyday so far now.

  7. This reminds me of a girl on youtube I used to watch her videos before the surgery and she said one of the things that change is that u eat cold food all the time because you dont have time to always cook small little portions.. well now we are living it lol.. i love it though.
  8. Hey girls! i am so sorry I havent been logging on as often lately.. I've been so distracted.. but first.. the guy I went on a date with was someone that I've known for a while.. we have history.. a couple months back he would ask me to spend time with him almost everyday for 2 months and I would say no because of my weight.. I guess i got happy that I've changed alot since the surgery and had the courage to spend time. It was a good time.. mostly talking alot! So as far as my diet I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong but I even cut out pureed beans because that has a tons of carbs and while i was eating it my scale did not move. As soon as I stopped eating it I've dropped some more pounds. I only eat dannon greek yogurt called light and fit (if I'm saying it correctly ) only 80 calories each 6 carbs and 12 of protein.. i eat about 2 of those a day.. each i eat half as a meal .. and I also eat cottage cheese.. and water.. I havent done tea in a while but I should today. At night i juice some vegetables and drink it slowly. That's all I do.. and now i keep my portions under 3 oz. sometimes i read the group chat and I feel bad because I dont know if I'm feeding my body right.. but i've lost weight and I feel fine. Maybe in the afternoon a little low on energy and I take a nap around 3:30 til like 5:30 then I'm fine again. I'll continue reading the chat to catch up.... and by the way thank you girls on the compliment.. it feel like warm hugs lol [emoji7][emoji178]
  9. Given that we had the surgery on the same day.. does it hurt your stomach or put pressure on your stable line when u eat chicken and veggies? I thought i messed up when i had a little bit of mash potatoes.. i put sour cream on it to make it softer.. i was on a date and my date doesnt know about my surgery so i had to play it off.. of course i had to pack it to go and then gave it to him to take home. But i aas worried that mashed potatoes were too much.. plus another question.. earlier that day i actually finished a whole yogurt my stomach felt soo fulll i started getting scared that i stretched something... how do i know if my sleeve is still good? Im scared of the full feeling.
  10. Heyyy soo i popped mine too on tuesday.. it hurt in the night and morning but then the pain went away and it never came back.. so i'm guessing some of you girls experienced it? It was by my right side by like where i think the gallbladder is or like behind the biggest cut. What did the doctor say to you girls? I thought i messed up.

  12. I just made a creamy scrambled egg with cottage cheese (less than 3 ounces) i barely took in an ounce before i had to stop.. i feel like the food is still in my esophagus and it's been like 30 mins!! Has that happened to anyone here? What do i do?

  16. Aww that's soo cute thanks lol. But listen it's never too late.. specially now.. there are men that are looking for companions. I know because i have aunts that have found companions at your age too. And plus.. at your age is easier because more then likely their kids are big already so you wont have to deal with being a step mom to little kids and stuff.

  19. I tried to tackle things that we use often without thinking that makes us fat. To make a difference with carbs and calories intake to then allow myself to use those calories for better dishes.
  20. Ugh can I say I feel so lucky to have this chat with you girls.. i find myself agreeing to everything you guys say regarding healthy choices and relationships. I cant wait to post about my food choices.. actually i'll post what i have on my notes so far for when i start puree on monday or even when i start eating solid foods
