I know the feeling!! I am a month out and I'm not where I thought I'd be. But coming on here and reading other people's stories really helped. You have lost 16lbs and that's amazing!! Don't be hard on yourself!! -
Post op 15 days and no weight loss

I am so glad I just came across this!! I had such a big loss in the first week and a half.. then I weighed in the two weeks after that and had only lost a few lbs. I was so bummed. It can be frustrating. But coming across this post really made me feel better. Good luck everyone!! -
2 days post op and I'm a nervous wreck.

I don't feel hungry and if I do try and eat, I feel like I'm going to get sick. Last night I got sick twice. Now I'm afraid to put anything down. Any advice?? Also, what else should I expect and what should I be doing?? This is all so new and scary to me. -

I was allowed protein shakes while I was still in hospital. I had to be able to drink some in order to get released. Today was better than yesterday.. I hope it keeps getting easier. -

Sorry, by eating I mean drinking!! Feeling a little better today. Can get more down than before. Have been sticking to premier protein mostly to get my protein in for the day. -
