  1. I did it in my 20s. The problem is that it effects your social life a ton! You can't go out and drink and eat with all your friends anymore. But it's all worth it in the end. I actually wish I did it even younger. The older you are, the more you miss out on in life.
  2. Please stop judging. We have ALL binged and overate, then felt that guilt. We wouldn't have needed weight loss surgery to begin with if we weren't all guilty of this. Food has always controlled us. It's our drug of choice. No surgery will change our way of thinking and coping. A therapist will help. Also try Food Addicts Annonymous or Overeaters Anonymous. Today is a new day, you got this!
  3. I have been on Doc-q-lace to counter the constipation of the Percocet. I did not have any BMs until today (day 4) when I went 3 times 😳 Try some milk of magnesia or a laxative if you aren't on one yet.
  4. I am only 3 days out. I haven't eaten really in 6 days, and I really can't hold anything down. I am in terrible pain between the gas and the incisions. I have barely lost any weight so far, which is clearly because it's only been 3 days. But I'm regretting this big time. Why didn't I just do Weight watchers or something? I feel so miserable and definitely having remorse.
