I stalled for about 2 weeks so I understand your frustration. Dehydration does it for me and I retain water really easily.

I was sleeved on 5/24. The surgery went fine but I had a few issues with my heart rate post op. All ok now though:) I have 5 days left on liquids before I progress to purée/soft and all I can think about is scrambled eggs!

Hi! My mum is amazing, my daughter and I are going to stay with her for the week after my surgery. I have a few friends who have been incredibly supportive and the rest who haven't really said anything. I'm day 5 now and it's getting better..although the ketosis is making me feel hideous.

2nd day of liquid diet and sitting watching my daughter eat Pizza..they need to use this as a torture method..seriously you'd get perps to cave in seconds.

Hi Leanne! I'm on a liquid diet ( 4 pints of milk, 1 sugar free jelly + 1 salty drink) a day. Finding Day 2 is a little easier than Day 1... I'm in Bedford so glad I found this app!
