According to my nutritionist, yes. She wanted me to have at least 40-60 protein a day. I just discovered the protein waters. I am not a huge fan but if you want something different than water they are good. The shakes do not count towards water. After surgery the protein water will help you feel a little better, but she said within a couple days to move to the shakes and water in between. (shakes do not count)

I just had the sleeve done yesterday. The incisions do not hurt, but my WHOLE body hurts, aches, and is stiff. I have done the recommended walking but I am so sore. Any advice? We stayed at a hotel yesterday. Walked every hour. Just came home today and we have a sleep number mattress. I have never had this kind of body pain. It is extremely hard to sit and stand.

Hi! Thank you for your quick response. I am completely new, so I had a hard time figuring out how to reply! I have the same inseam but I usually wear average to make sure my ankles are covered. I am more than willing to try them. If they don't fit, I will take them to Goodwill. I would love to know the specific style and photos if it isn't too much trouble. As far as shirts, I am looking for short sleeve Tshirts (I live in Vegas).
