Hi there! I'm doing well. The first couple of days were not the best. Gas was the worst! Since then it's been okay. I did the Optifast shake for 3 weeks before surgery, so afterwards protein shakes were honestly making me sick. As of Monday I was able to start some purées, so that helped a lot! Where are you at in the process?
