I came home on 5/3 and I finally reached 64 oz yesterday it helped when I was able to finally release some gas short walks helped alot just a couple a mins at a time Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using BariatricPal mobile app

Just curious is it normal to be 2 lbs heavier than the day I was sleeved I don't think I have drank 64oz between the 2 days could it be from the gas they pump your abdomen up with or fist swelling from the surgery just curious Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using BariatricPal mobile app

Hi I was sleeved on may 2nd also I am 45 I am a stay at home mom also I have a very wide age range between my children my oldest is 24 with 2 children of her own ,my next daughter is 22, my next daughter is 15 my son is 13 and my youngest son is 3 1/2 he is right in between my grandchildren who are 2 and 4 I would like to find someone who is also going through this journey so we can all go through this together I also am dealing with M.S. which can make exercise a little bit of a challenge but I'm am looking forward to it!!! This is my first time ever posting to a blog, I had my surgery on tuesday also and it is painful when I burp is that normal? and how much water,protien are you suposed to take in 32 oz. Or the whole 64 oz?
