Not exactly sure

EmmyJ I normally eat one egg with a tablespoon of turkey sausage crumbles and a tablespoon of low fat cheese for breakfast. Lunch is either a tuna packet or 2oz of deli meat with a light string cheese. I eat two snacks that are 80 calorie low fat Greek yogurt or 2 string cheeses (depends on if I had string cheese for lunch) and dinner is 2 to 2.5 oz of meat (chicken or pork) and 2 oz of a veggie. I normally drink a shake or a protein water in the evenings. Sound good? I'm really starting to 2nd guess myself. [emoji848]
2. I'm 10 weeks post op and not really sure if I'm eating too much. I eat till I get the full but not overly full chest feeling. I normally eat 2 to 2.5 oz of chicken and then 2 oz of a veggie(boiled broccoli or green beans so far) Is that too much you think?

May have over done it.

I just couldn't stand it anymore. Lol. I just had to clean some. Apparently I'm the only one in the house that will clean. I'm in Texas so would be long trip to clean but I do love upstate NY so that and a shake makes it tempting. [emoji16]
4. Yesterday I felt really good. I'm 4 weeks post op. So I cleaned, did some laundry (I've done it since 2 weeks out with help) and vacuumed a small area. Now I have a tender area below the middle area of my right breast to about 4 inches above my belly button. I'm hoping I just used some muscles I haven't used in a while and not done something to my sleeve. I'm drinking with no issues and am not in real pain.
5. So I'm 3 weeks out from surgery and have the most horrible constipation. Took mom an hour ago. Stomach is churning so I guess it's starting to work. However, I have been in the bathroom that long as well trying to go. I know better than to strain but I did. You can't mess anything up with your sleeve by straining to use the bathroom can you? Probably a question I should have though of before but now I'm paranoid.
