  1. I am experiencing the hair loss as well. Upsetting. Started at about 4 months post op. Taking all recommended vitamins plus added zinc and Magnesium. The texture of my hair has also changed. Extremely dry. Vitamins do not seem to be helping. Hoping it stops falling out and comes back once I reach goal weight and stabilize. has anyone who experienced hair loss post op had their hair regrow? Thanks.
  2. So grateful I was able to have this procedure. 5 1/2 months out and 61 lbs down so far and feeling good.  Still learning what I can and cannot eat.  Wish I had not been afraid to have this procedure sooner.  Only down side is hair loss but I was informed it may occur.  Added Zinc and Magnesium to vitamin regimen so I hope that helps.   Wishing you all good health and success!

Normal to have some pain after surgery. Try Naprosyn and Tylenol suppositories (alternating) to get on top of pain . That helped take away my pain . Take them regularly for a couple of days , even if pain is just starting . I wish you all the best! Hang in there.
  4. Call your doc just to be sure but also maybe try homemade pureed and strained soups, No chemical additives\preservatives may be easier for your stomach to handle. All the best to you!
