Not buying new clothes till at goal.

On certain days Salvation army thrift stores have clothes for a $1. I have been shopping like that
  2. Most of the pain you are experiencing is gas pains. You need to walk to get it out. Liquid diet happens because they dont want food to get stuck on your staples and then have to go back in to fix it and cause the pain again. Walk walk walk. I got mine done on the 12th and i did it without meds except the first day it hurts alot at first but after you get rid of most of the gas you will be experiencing just achiness.

    Help

My surgery is on the 12th and I have to drop at least 10lbs. I am doing all of these for meals and snacks and its been helping. Don't go crazy on just liquids because you are going to hate liquids when you are post op and then it makes it more difficult to get them in. Trust me everyone that I've spoken to that are succeeding said that going full liquids without being asked to by their doc weeks before surgery had alot of problems post op.
