    I'm allowed to have yogurt during my preop diet. The nutritionist recommended Greek yogurt, I purchased it but can not stomach the taste! Did anyone eat regular low fat yogurt? If so what brand?

    Started pre-op diet today, surgery is may 9. So nauseous from protein shake. Hoping it's just because it's my first drink and it gets better. Anyone have a problem with nausea with protein shakes?

    I started my pre-op diet today. I purchased Syntrax Nectar protein in Fuzzy Naval flavor. Taste is actually very good (mixed with water) but about 15 minutes later I started kinda feeling dizzy. Anyone else experience this after their first protein shake? Surgery is May 9.
