I just got home from the hospital!! I am sore and excited! I spent 1 night inpatient!

Hey my surgery was June 13th morning, I was discharged yesterday afternoon and the pain seems worse at home. I barely can eat or drink, have some belching, some productive cough, pain with every sip of water and ever movement. Is this normal?
