    im about 3 months into the process about half way through all my med requirements have been completed so far the only thing i have left is the 3 last nut appts I have united health care and have went through there bariatric hot line spoke to my counselor My UHC is low premium plan has anyone went through UHC and can anyone give me idea of what they had to go through to get approved Thank you
