Hi all - I just started researching weight loss procedures. I'm 43 and have 75 lbs to lose. I've tried Nutrisystem, a shake only diet, Ideal Protein, Functional Medicine detox, intense exercise...and always lost 20 lbs - that's it though. I admit that I don't always follow ALL of the rules so that's probably why. I'm frustrated and found out about the balloon. Any advice? Does it work? Regrets? Anyone in Baton Rouge have recommendations? Thanks!
