Hi everyone....I'm new to posting here, been lurking for a while though. I started my preop diet on Monday. I am doing Optifast 5 times a day. I can have SF jello, calorie free non carbonated beverages, SF popsicles and that's it. It's been extremely challenging and I still have 2.5 weeks to go. Anyone have any suggestions for feeling satisfied or just not hungry. I'm hoping it's going to get better the longer I'm on it.
