I had my bypass surgery over a year ago I lost more than 100 bound so far, am so happy what am asking now, is it ok if I ever had any kind of food am not supposed to have normally, ever like few bow tie pasta n a spoon of corn -

Yes this's my problem too, I just can't drink the amount that I was told to drink every day, am six month post op I lost 80 pounds so far but I am slown down so much now I still have at least 20 more to go, also my problem now, is I feel hungry n crave for salt ??? I no it's very bad n I don't no what to do anyone out there feel that way ???? Help plz -

Hi everyone, this my first time to share, so my problem now am 4 month pre-op n am stuck, I lost 70 pounds so far but that's it, for the last 3 weeks I can't any more, I don't no if am doing anything wrong, not doing enough or what, I need help, anyone
