I only have a problem with meat if it's dry or tough... I discovered an instant pot and now all meat is fine if I remember to chew real fine and portion control. -

I have one like this on my left side. Dr told me to keep covered with silver gel and a bandaid. Change morning and night. He'll see it in 2 weeks. I'm 4 weeks post op. As long as no fever, I'm good. It has to heal inside out, takes longer

Not sure unless surgeon did more work on Left than Right. I hurt on the right side but have an incision that won't stay closed on Left... I haven't worked out, only walking as I'm a slow healer...

memabock replied to kimberlyhopkins's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
I'm allergic to silicon from breast cancer implants but don't know how you'd know otherwise. I'm so sorry for you as I almost died before they figured it out. -
a little help & advice :/
memabock replied to brandnewred's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I too have wicked gas and did smooth move tea. My surgery was 25 May and today I was blessed with a number 2. I use Bio Freeze for back rub to ease spasms. Helps tremendously! Wish the gas would pass faster... but so far tolerating everything ok -
Mine is tomorrow and your words were the music my ears needed to hear. Thank you for your humorous candor! I so get it! Will let you know as soon as I can about my day
