I smoked for 20 plus years. The day my surgeon said yes, i stopped smoking. Never thought i could. I made a promise to myself to live better. I have not had one since 1/24.. Ive tried alot before and it was never easy, this time was different. I don't miss it. Look foward to the bigger picture.. it will get easier

I use the EAS Whey protein shakes. I like them.. they do not taste bad at all -
May 1st is my surgery
