    I need to listen to this advice. My husband had surgery 2 weeks after I did and he has already blown past me in pounds lost. I'm getting so discouraged and irrationally thinking that the surgery isn't going to work for me. I'm only 4 weeks out, and I do feel better I just wish the pounds would keep up to my expectations...I'm taking the scale away. I did this to be happy not depressed which is what the scale is doing to me :-(

    I was just sleeved on 5/22. My doctor didn't ban Premier Protein, and in fact said that it was a great option with the most bang for your buck. I also have been drinking premier protein water, its got a funny texture to it but it is manageable. I have not yet tried but heard good things about the Nectar Brand fruity protein for when you don't want the creamy consistency.
