About Me
I'm 40 years old and at my highest weight I was 405 pounds. Over my lifetime I have tried numerous ways to lose the weight, but I just couldn’t find anything that worked for me. I finally decided to have weight loss surgery and on December 26, 2013 I had the vertical sleeve gastrectomy. Since then I have lost over 175 pounds and it has changed my life completely.
