Do any of you not get that full sensation at times? If so, what does that mean and how to overcome that? There are moments when I don't feel full like I use to. There are days when I feel so hungry

I am 4 months post VSG and have started weight training this week. I have not lost any pounds this week and its a little discouraging. Have you all experienced this? Is it best to stick to just cardio at this point?
