For those of you about to have your surgery....take measurements! I had surgery on 5/5 and have lost 47 pounds. I recently hit a stall when I started working out. I know I'm probably gaining muscle and losing size but because I didn't take beginning measurements I have nothing to compare it to. Just thought I'd share [emoji4]

Tastes have changed significantly

Work meetings all week. Today they had a sundae bar. I showed restraint and stayed away. But I craved ice cream all afternoon. This evening I picked up some Halo ice cream and decided to have a couple Of spoonfuls. I used to love the stuff pre-surgery. Now it's like NO. Tasted so odd and left a strange after taste. Which is great actually. No more ice cream cravings. Sleeved 5/5 Down 35 pounds [emoji4] -
