In three months post op and have been using straws for the last month or so. I've heard soda is always a bye bye. I was hugely addicted but I am fine now and don't plan to go back. For a treat I have an unsweetened green iced tea from Starbucks or a propel zero. -
11 months out and hit a massive stall
itstime4me123 replied to Ninjagogo's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I agree and I've seen this personally. I eat little to no simple carbs but if I add a bite or two when I'm in a stall it seems to kick me out of the stall and I lose a couple pounds. -

Thank you! And yes, all I have worn fir years is grey and black. I bought coral AND cobalt blue and felt such energy from it. It's funny what a change can do for the soul. -

There are consignment shops that can often be affordable. You could take your barely worn larger clothes to make a few bucks too. -
It's been 10 weeks and 3 days since my surgery. My life is so much better than it was just 10 weeks ago. Down 52 lbs. still have about 70 more but I'm enjoying the ride. I can move with such ease. Have been attending boot camp classes. Riding my bike! Swimming. This was the best decision I have ever made.
