cori in wa started following Manatee's turn for plastics, OH Juli's Plastic Surgery, OT: Anyone know where to buy tall pants in "normal" sizes?? and and 7 others
-
That's awesome Juli... go you! Here's hoping the $$ is good and makes the change worthwhile. Congrats on all of your successes... you look fantabulous!
-
Juli, best of luck with the seroma saga. I'll keep my fingers crossed that they take care of themselves before you have to be back at work FT. I've no doubt you'll knock their socks off at work and they'll be thrilled to see you. Karey, so very happy for you my dear! You've been through plenty and then some. So glad your band is back where it belongs and working correctly. Take care, both of you!

Congratulations Juli!!! On your graduation, the weight loss, dealing so well post op, the life style change commitment and everything. You rock! You've lost ALMOST 200 POUNDS!!!! In case you've forgtotten, that is a HUGE accomplishment. Completely, incredibly amazing and you should be very proud of yourself. We all know how tough it is, even with the aide of the band. So, forget the size and remember where you were. I know it's natural and most of us do it.... I'm 5'8, 161 and wear a comfortable 8 (well, most of the time... sometimes it's a 6, sometimes a 10) and I still think "maybe a 6 would be better.... if I could just lose this last 10 pounds". So my advise, forget about it, heal and enjoy the new, freshly gorgeous YOU!!!

Kareyquilts: Arms, Butt & Thighs, Oh My!

Hi Karey I've been thinking about you and hoping that you are completely healed and that you are doing great. I go back and forth on the plastics issue (1 in college now, another in the fall and 2 more in high school) and I think of you and your experiences each time I consider the possibilities. Thanks again for sharing your story and I pray that all is well with you! -

Hi renewed  So glad you are doing better and that you are back on track. I'm within 10 pounds of goal and have been struggling with whether or not I should have PS. I totally want/need to have the ladies lifted (poor things sag horribly) but figure when I do I should have a tummy tuck as well. I'm lucky and I know it. I do have some saggy, hanging skin, but it really is minimal...more the c-section sag than anything else. Anyway, it's good to hear from you and I hope you heal quickly this time around as well. Best of luck with those last few pounds! -

Talbots, Gap and Chico's all have Talls. Fred Meyer and Penneys usually carry Dockers in Talls. Congrats and happy shopping! (Just as an FYI. I often find new or almost new talls at Goodwill in "regular people" sizes for a fraction of the cost.) -

Karey, you are one amazing woman! Thank you for sharing your story and your pictures.... you are truly looking fantastic!!! The wound really isn't too bad and it looks as if it is healing nicely, albeit too slowly for comfort Glad you were able to do hair and girls lunch and that your spirits are so good. Bless you my dear! -

Hello  Just wanted to thank you for sharing your story and your pictures and your experiences.... congrats on all your hard work... it has TOTALLY paid off!!!! You look amazing, and as Karey has said, it is only going to get better and better. The fluid? Sounds very much like a popped pocket but I agree with Karey. Be careful and double check with your doc. There is definitely something to be said for peace of mind. Here's hoping you continue to heal so well and that you are back to your exercise routine soon!!!
