Don't worry about pain you will do just fine[emoji3] the most pain i see people having which is common is gas pain some are allowed to have Gas X strips Or Chewables. People say they give very strong meds in the hospital so you should be just fine Sent from my LGMS330 using BariatricPal mobile app

It do after awhile. When I first started it was 6 years ago and it gave me the runs for about 3 weeks .

Yes you can drink your water with crystal light its sugar free i use Hawaiian punch packets with all the different flavors I wouldnt know what to do without them. A life saver.

Hello have you tried Premier Protein Shakes they are soo good no chalky taste. The best are Caramel Vanilla and banana. They also have chocolate not too much of a fan for but its ok amd strawberry i havent taste yet.
