I hadn't been on a date at all in about two years and I finally decided to try dating again, I am very far from ugly, inside and outside, the guy never called me back and I've never had that happen to me EVER! Just know that when you meet the right person it will be worth it. I'd give you a chance based on this letter alone. You sound very sincere and maybe these women don't deserve you and your niceness. These so called well wishers are just jealous and think we should do weight loss on our own no surgery, well in 2013 I was up to 238 lbs and I'm 4'11" my bmi is at 42, five years later I've managed to get down now to 204-210 but I fluctuate all the time. My own mother had more confidence in me when I quit drugs than she has for keeping the weight off. I dont get it but I dont care anymore. I'm doing this and I'm gonna do it right now. When I was younger and not overweight at all I used to order off the kids menu all the time because I couldn't eat a full meal and although I don't go to fast food restaurants that much if it's on the menu it can be ordered, they don't know who your ordering it for and to hell with them if they do. Scheduled for June 21st. Already adding unflavored whey isolate powder to everything, doesn't taste too bad either, I bought the six star brand at Wal-Mart. First thing I mixed it in was lite strawberry yogurt and it mixed in with just a spoon. Sent from my SM-G360P using BariatricPal mobile app

I keep up with my doctors and insurance company just to touch base, the first time my paperwork went to the insurance they said there was an issue because my drs sent too much info and they couldn't download it. Yes i couldn't believe it either. So now i will call them on Monday to make sure they resent it. Things don't just happen, unless you help them along and let them know you are watching, files get misplaced people sit on things. So inconsiderate I am ridiculed because they ask if I am still on my "diet" and that I'm going to gain it all back no help whatsoever and I am very sensitive about my weight because I have pain all day long lately. I've heard that Biotin for hair, skin and nails is good to help that and I started taking it a few weeks ago, my eyelashes are growing long, I didn't believe it either they've always been so short, no need for fake ones now, not that I could learn how to put them on anyhow lol. Can anyone tell me how they handled all the meds, I know for a few weeks I have to crush my pills, or capsules I have to empty into applesauce. Does anyone have any idea on how I should handle all these meds and what would be best to mix them with. Also I heard that omeprazol tastes horrible and I have to take that everyday. Someone please help me I'm freaking out about all these meds and how to get them in on top of all the vitamins.
