    It's what scares me also. Even when drinking liquids I have to be extra conscient of my intake because I'm not getting the same feeling of fullness that I had Been getting right after surgery. I could barely get 2 oz down in an hour. Sent from my SM-G900V using BariatricPal mobile app

    4 weeks 3 days post gastric bypass . Where can I find sample menus for phase 2 and 3. Soft liquids have been sort of a challenge .I be afraid of eating too much because I haven't gotten the normal Full Feeling. I am getting about 600 calories a day and between 70g - 90g of protein.     Hi .I had Gastric bypass 4/19/2017. I believe I'm doing ok so far but truth is this has been a struggle trying to do it alone. I've been on this forum as a spectator since starting on 2 wk pre op diet. It has been a blessing to be able to hear the success stories as well as to see the support and encouragement for those who may even struggle like me. So here I am forgetting yesterday starting today on my journey to great health . Any and all support is more than welcome and greatly appreciated. I'm really a newbie so please help abbreviations Starting weight 350 Pre op. 298 Current weight 286 Are they any guys on here who are being successful? I think I could use a big brother right now.     Hb7356 that is real encouraging thanks. The fight to win is real. For the first time in about 20 years I weight less than 300 lbs was 350 in January today 278 . At barely 1 month post op.
